Cliffs of Moher

The Cliffs of Moher in County Clare are Ireland’s most visited natural attraction with a magical vista that captures the hearts of one million visitors every year and are a Signature Discovery Point in the heart of the Wild Atlantic Way. They stretch for 8km (5miles), as the crow flies, along the Atlantic coast of County Clare in the west of Ireland and reach 214m (702 feet) at their highest point at Knockardakin just north of O’Brien’s Tower. Here you can have a world class one in a million visitor experience.

Aillwee Caves

One of the oldest caves in IrelandLocated in the heart of the Burren In County Clare. Forty minutes from both Galway and Shannon. Perched high on its Burren terraced mountain side with what has to be one of the most spectacular views of Galway Bay. Unique Cave Features Marvel at the frozen waterfall and explore the now extinct brown bears bones (ursos arctos).

The Aran Islands

Highlight of the Wild Atlantic Way with it’s Cliffs and spectacular coastal views, The Aran Islands (Islands of Saints and Scholars) is located just off Galway in the Atlantic. A true Irish experience where locals speak Irish as well as english. Scattered with celtic churches of historical importance , The spectacular Dun Aonghasa and Cliffs of Aran, A venue for the Redbull Cliff Diving, Setting of the film ‘Man of Aran’ , Home of the Aran Sweater, and total release from the hussle and bustle of the mainland. The Aran Islands are best explored by renting a bike particularly on Inis Mor Island. The Aran Islands is an ideal spot for visiting and has excellent accommodation options such as Bed and Breakfast accommodation, Hotels, Hostels & Camping. Ferry services leave daily from Doolin and Galway.

Poulnabrone Dolmen

The dolmen is among the most famous landmarks in the Burren. The remarkable image of the sun setting through the Dolmen is one of those most commonly associated with the area. The Dolmen is surronded by the characteristic Burren limestone pavement where a patient visitor may find examples of the famous burren flora. The dolmen itself is located a short walk from the road approximately one hundred meters and is just 1north of Cahreconnell.

Dunguaire Castle, Kinvara

Dunguaire Castle is probably the most famous land mark that is associated with Kinvara. The castle was built in 1520 by the O’Hynes clan on the picturesque shores of Galway Bay. This restored 16th century tower house sits on a rocky outcrop on the shores of Galway Bay, 300 yards outside the village of Kinvara.

Galway Cathedral

Situated on the banks of the River Corrib in Galway city, Galway Cathedral is the most recently built of Europe’s great stone cathedrals, and is the centre of a vibrant community. The Cathedral of Galway was dedicated on 15 August 1965, and as such is the youngest of Europe’s great stone cathedrals. it is dedicated to Our Lady Assumed into Heaven and Saint Nicholas.

Connemara

Bike Bus

Bike Bus Standard – £185 (£125 when booked with a Race Tour)

Package includes:

  • Assembled bike transport from drop off locations across the country
  • Small kit bag for shoes, helmet & wetsuit
  • Access to race mechanics

Bike Bus Pro – £250 (£195 when booked as part of a Race tour)

Package includes:

  • Assembled bike transport in our custom racking
  • Home pick up & drop off
  • Level 1 Service – and access to race mechanics
  • Up to 15kg of luggage

Bike Bus Pro

Airport Express – £150

If you’ve already made your travel arrangements and booked your bike onto the plane there is still an Airport Express service available to you. They collect you and your bike from the airport and after dropping you at you hotel your bike is handed to one of the Race Force mechanics who will lovingly assemble it and have it ready for when you want to ride it. That could be later that day or just before check-in. Post race they take it off you, box it back up and have it ready for your transfer back to the airport.

  • Return airport transfers
  • Bike assembly & dissassembly
